Collaborative Fingerprinting Services offers FTPS (Flight Training Security Program) services and Other Aviation Security Programs both in-office and mobile for your convenience.
NATA Certified Trusted Agent
Collaborative Fingerprinting Services has completed the necessary certification to provide you with the services as a NATACS Certified Fingerprint Technician/Trusted Agent. We look forward to providing you with this additional service offering to meet your needs.
- Please review the appointment criteria prior to scheduling your appointment.
- Before heading to your appointment, login into the NATACS website and verify that you have electronically signed any documents that have been presented to you that require electronic signatures, etc.
- If a document requires a wet signature (manual signature) , this document should be signed during your appointment session with us.
- All items listed must be available and provided to our Fingerprint Technician upon your arrival to the appointment.

- Fingerprint Control Form (printed)
- TSA "Fingerprint Instructions" email - (printed)
- A valid passport. Applicants with Asylee or Refugee status can present a Permanent Resident Card or U.S. Driver's License
- Original documents only - faxes or photocopies are not accepted

Appointment Criteria
- Fingerprint Control Form (printed)
- U.S. Government-issued, photo ID (passport, U.S. driver's license, etc.)
- Secondary form of identification. This can be an insurance card, Social Security card, work or student ID card, etc.
- Original documents only - faxes or photocopies are not accepted
