No Refund Policy
All services provided by Collaborative Fingerprinting Services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of fingerprinting and background check services, once a service has been performed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Appointment Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Review any documentation or instructions forwarded to you. Confirm if a specific company or location MUST be used in order to process your order, BEFORE securing your appointment (Webcheck location, Fieldprint location, Post Office, UPS, etc.) . This is especially important if are expecting the service to be paid for by your employer
- Confirm that you have the correct ORC Codes required by their employer, agency or licensing department.
- Bring all necessary documentation to the appointment. The following link will list valid types of identification that can be used based on the service you are requesting. List A or List B and List C combined. https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents
- If you are unsure what service you need, we encourage you to contact your employer or agency prior to scheduling. If you are not able to obtain the information you need, please connect with our staff and we will assist you.
Missed Appointments
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of payment
- Rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion
Credit Card Surcharge
Effective April 1, 2026:
- A 3% surcharge is applied to in-person credit card transactions
- This surcharge reflects the cost of processing credit card payments
- Online payments processed through Square do not include this surcharge
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and debit cards
- Other forms of payment may be accepted at our discretion
Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party agencies
- Rejections due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer
- Additional fees required by external agencies
